The anatomy of a six-figure TikTok Live
We've run hundreds of live shopping sessions. Here's the format, the team and the moment-to-moment rhythm behind the ones that crack six figures in a single stream.

A six-figure live isn't a fluke. It's a format. After hundreds of sessions across beauty, fashion, homeware and supplements, the streams that consistently break £100k have far more in common with a live TV broadcast than with an Instagram unboxing.
The four-hour rhythm
Sustained sales come from a clear hourly structure: a hook hour, a demo hour, an offer hour and a scarcity hour. Each one has its own creative brief, its own promo mechanic and its own host energy. When viewers drop in mid-stream — and they always do — they should instantly feel they've arrived at the most interesting moment.
The crew you actually need
- A host who can sell, not just present.
- A second host or 'co-pilot' who runs the chat in real time.
- A producer reading the data dashboard and calling the next move.
- An offer manager who can change pricing and stock on the fly.
The single biggest predictor of revenue we've seen isn't follower count, product category or even price point. It's whether the producer can make a decision within 30 seconds of a metric moving.
Live shopping rewards reflexes. The best teams treat it like a Formula 1 pit wall.
