About the role
As an Affiliate Executive you'll grow Go Live's creator network — sourcing, onboarding and managing the TikTok creators and affiliates who drive sales for our brand partners. You'll be the day-to-day relationship lead, making sure both sides get value and our roster keeps scaling.
What you'll do
- Source and onboard new creators and affiliates aligned to brand briefs
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and campaign timelines
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with creators across the roster
- Track performance, payouts and renewals
- Feed insights into brand teams to improve campaign briefs
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in influencer, affiliate, talent or partnerships
- Strong communicator with a network mindset
- Organised — you can juggle dozens of creators without dropping a ball
- Confident with numbers: CPA, commission rates, ROAS
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate programmes
- Existing relationships with UK TikTok creators
