About the role
Producers are the engine room of Go Live. You'll own the planning and execution of live shopping streams from concept to wrap — building run-of-shows, briefing presenters, managing the live set and analysing performance afterwards so each show is better than the last.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce live shopping streams across multiple brand accounts
- Build run-of-show docs, product orders and live promo plans
- Run the live set: cameras, lighting, audio, on-screen graphics and pinned products
- Brief and support presenters before, during and after streams
- Track stream performance and feed insights into the next show
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in live production, content, or social/media operations
- Calm under pressure and obsessive about details
- Comfortable with TikTok Shop, OBS/StreamYard, or similar live tooling
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Experience with TikTok Shop seller centre or live commerce platforms
- Background in e-commerce, broadcast or live events
