Affiliate programme planner
Creator programmes look free until you add up samples and commission. Model your roster here: how many creators actually post, what they sell and what the whole thing costs before you commit.
Model your creator roster
Figures assume a one-month window. Repeat posters and evergreen videos usually make month two stronger.

How to use it
- 01
Set your roster size
How many creators you can realistically recruit and ship to in a month.
- 02
Assume a low post rate
20-40% of sampled creators post. Anything higher means you're sampling a hand-picked list, not an open plan.
- 03
Enter sales per video
Most affiliate videos sell nothing; a small number carry the programme. Use your average, not your best.
- 04
Add sample cost
Use landed product cost plus postage — this is the money you spend whether they post or not.
- 05
Compare cost per sale
If it's close to your gross margin, tighten the roster or raise the price before scaling.
What good looks like
Open plan at 15-20%
Competitive enough to get picked up in most UK categories without destroying your margin.
Targeted plans for proven sellers
Once a creator sells, offer them a higher rate. Pay for performance, not for potential.
Ship samples within 48 hours
Creator intent fades fast. Slow dispatch is the single biggest cause of a low post rate.
Re-cut what works into Spark Ads
Your best affiliate video is your cheapest ad creative. Boost it while it's still fresh.
